Pressure washing
That driveway isn't gray — it's just dirty
Driveways, sidewalks, pavers, patios, and pool decks across Southwest Florida collect grime, tire marks, and organic growth faster than anywhere in the country. Controlled professional pressure washing lifts years of buildup in an afternoon — without scarring the surface.

What's included
Surfaces we pressure wash
- Concrete driveways and walkways
- Paver driveways, walkways, and patios
- Pool decks and surrounds (with deck-appropriate pressure)
- Sidewalks and curbing
- Patios and outdoor entertaining areas
- Pre-treatment of stains and organic growth where needed
- Even, lane-by-lane technique — no zebra striping
- Full rinse-down of surrounding surfaces when we're done
Why it matters here
Pressure is a tool — control is the skill
Anyone can rent a machine and blast a driveway. The results you've seen around the neighborhood — wand marks, striping, etched swirls, blasted-out paver joints — are what uncontrolled pressure does.
Professional work is different: surface cleaners for even coverage instead of stripe-prone wands, pressure dialed to the surface (a pool deck is not a driveway), pre-treatment so the pressure finishes the job instead of fighting it, and careful edges around painted surfaces, screens, and landscaping.
One important honesty note: pressure washing cleans hard surfaces. It is not what your stucco walls or screens need — that's soft washing, and we'll never put high pressure on a surface that can't take it.

Our process
How we clean your surfaces
-
Inspect & pre-treat
We identify the surface, its condition, and any stains that need targeted treatment first.
-
Protect the surroundings
Plants pre-wetted, doors and outlets checked, vehicles and furniture out of the spray zone.
-
Clean with control
Surface cleaner for even lanes, detail wand for edges — pressure matched to the material.
-
Rinse & walkthrough
Everything rinsed clean, debris removed, and results reviewed with you.
Property protection
How we protect your home while we work
Landscaping protected
Plants and beds near work areas are pre-wetted and rinsed after, so cleaning solutions never sit on your landscaping.
The right pressure, always
Concrete gets controlled pressure; stucco, screens, and soft surfaces get low-pressure methods. Nothing gets blasted "to save time."
Fixtures & openings sealed
Outlets, fixtures, and door seals are covered or carefully avoided. Windows and doors are checked before water flows.
Walkthrough before we leave
We inspect the finished work with you — or send photos if you're away — before the job is called done.
Good to know
Pressure washing questions
Will pressure washing damage my pavers?
Not when done correctly. We use moderated pressure and even technique that cleans pavers without blasting out joint sand. If your joints need re-sanding after years of wear, we'll point it out honestly rather than pretend cleaning caused or fixed it.
How often should driveways be cleaned in Florida?
For most Southwest Florida homes, once a year keeps concrete and pavers looking maintained; shaded or sprinkler-adjacent surfaces may benefit from more. HOA notice letters have a way of answering this question too — we're happy to work to your community's standard.
Do you use chemicals?
Where stains or organic growth call for it, we pre-treat with appropriate, surface-safe cleaning solutions and rinse thoroughly — always keeping landscaping wetted and protected. Plain pressure alone often just shaves the top off growth and lets it return faster.
Can you remove oil stains?
We can usually improve them significantly with targeted pre-treatment; deep, old oil that has penetrated concrete for years may lighten rather than vanish. You'll get an honest expectation in your quote, not a promise the surface can't keep.
