Why it matters here
Clean glass quietly sells for you
Customers judge a business in the first three seconds — and in a storefront, those seconds happen through your glass. Smudged doors and film-dulled display windows read as neglect, no matter how good the business inside is.
Florida traffic film, salt air, irrigation overspray, and daily fingerprints mean commercial glass here needs regular attention, not an annual scramble. A standing schedule keeps you presentable every single week for less than most owners expect.
And because it's owner-operated, your account never gets handed between rotating crews — you get consistent service from trained professionals who know your building, your hours, and your standards.

Property protection
How we protect your home while we work
Landscaping protected
Plants and beds near work areas are pre-wetted and rinsed after, so cleaning solutions never sit on your landscaping.
The right pressure, always
Concrete gets controlled pressure; stucco, screens, and soft surfaces get low-pressure methods. Nothing gets blasted "to save time."
Fixtures & openings sealed
Outlets, fixtures, and door seals are covered or carefully avoided. Windows and doors are checked before water flows.
Walkthrough before we leave
We inspect the finished work with you — or send photos if you're away — before the job is called done.
Good to know
Commercial service questions
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Recurring customers get recurring-service pricing, but you're free to pause or adjust the schedule as your business needs change. We keep your business by doing good work, not by locking you in.
Can you clean while we're closed?
Yes — early mornings and off-hours visits are routine for restaurants and retail. Exterior glass usually doesn't require anyone on site at all.
What size buildings do you handle?
Storefronts, offices, and low-rise buildings with glass reachable by ladder or water-fed pole. If your building is taller than that, we'll say so up front rather than improvise with the wrong equipment.
Are you insured for commercial work?
Yes — liability insurance covers our commercial work, and we're glad to provide a certificate of insurance for your records or property manager.
