Commercial & HOA lighting
Holiday lighting that works like marketing — because it is
A warmly lit storefront pulls people across the parking lot. A glowing community entrance tells residents and guests this place is cared for. We design, install, service, and remove commercial displays across Southwest Florida — with the reliability a business calendar demands.

Who we serve
Built for properties with standards
Commercial lighting is a different job than residential — bigger scale, tighter deadlines, and displays that have to look right every single night of the season.
Storefronts & restaurants
Entry framing, roofline runs, and window accents that make your business the warmest-looking spot on the street all season.
HOA entrances & common areas
Gatehouses, entrance monuments, median trees, and clubhouse displays — with proposals your board can approve confidently.
Offices & plazas
Professional, tasteful displays that elevate the property without turning it into a carnival.
Deadline reliability
Commercial installs are scheduled backward from your date — lit for the season kickoff, not "sometime in December."
In-season service included
A dark section on a storefront costs you every evening it stays dark. Report it; we fix it promptly.
Simple administration
Written proposal, one seasonal price, insurance documentation for your files, and one accountable contact.

Questions
Commercial lighting FAQs
What kinds of properties do you light?
Storefronts, restaurants, offices, plazas, and community spaces — plus HOA entrances, gatehouses, and common areas. If your property welcomes people, holiday lighting can make that welcome warmer.
Can you work with our HOA board or property manager?
Yes — we're comfortable presenting a proposal, working within community guidelines, and providing the insurance documentation boards typically require. One point of contact from proposal through removal keeps it simple for volunteers and managers alike.
When should a business book holiday lighting?
Earlier than residential — commercial displays are usually up by early-to-mid November to capture the full shopping season, and larger installs need design lead time. Late summer or early fall booking is ideal.
Is maintenance included for commercial displays?
Yes. A dark section on a storefront in mid-December undermines the whole investment, so in-season service is part of every commercial agreement — report an issue and we'll be out promptly to fix it.
