Our process
Six steps, one glowing season — and zero of it on your ladder
Full-service means the entire life of your display is handled: designed in the fall, glowing through December, gone in January, and stored for next year. Here's exactly how it works.

Step by step
The full-service timeline
- 1
Design consultation — free
In person or from a daytime photo of your home. We talk style (warm white? classic color?), look at your roofline, palms, and entry, and sketch what will flatter the architecture.
- 2
Written plan & seasonal price
One number for the whole season: lighting, install, in-season maintenance, removal, and storage if you'd like it. You'll know exactly what's included before you commit anything.
- 3
Your install date, reserved
Dates are scheduled in order of booking — reserve in early fall and the calendar is yours to choose from. Most homes choose early-to-mid November.
- 4
Professional installation
Purpose-made clips (never staples), tucked wiring, outdoor-rated connections, timers set. You don't need to be home — the reveal at dusk is yours either way.
- 5
In-season service
If a bulb or section misbehaves, message us and we come fix it. Included, not extra — a display we installed stays our responsibility.
- 6
Removal & storage
In the weeks after the holidays, everything comes down as carefully as it went up. Choose storage and it's labeled, packed, and waiting — next season starts with a text.
Protecting your home
Careful is the whole point
A beautiful December isn't worth damaged shingles in March. Every install uses attachment clips made for rooflines and gutters — nothing is stapled, screwed, or glued to your home. Wiring is routed to be invisible by day and safe in the rain, circuits are loaded sensibly, and every connection is outdoor-rated.
And because one accountable owner stands behind your install and your service calls, there's no "the crew did it" — if anything ever isn't right, one message reaches the person responsible for making it right.

Common questions
About the service itself
What happens if a section of lights goes out?
Message us and we come fix it — in-season maintenance is part of the service, not an extra fee. A display we installed is our responsibility until it comes down.
Will installation damage my roof or gutters?
No — lights attach with purpose-made clips designed for shingles and gutters, never staples or screws. When the display comes down, your roofline is exactly as we found it.
Can you use the lights I already own?
We install and maintain lighting we supply and design — that's how we can stand behind the display all season. Customer-owned lights vary too much in age and condition for us to guarantee, and our commitment is that everything we hang, works.
Do you take the lights down and store them?
Yes — removal after the season is included, and off-season storage is available: your display comes down, gets labeled and packed, and next season starts with a text instead of an attic search.
